Spoke to billy(Advisor) about an Audi RS5 brake pads got quoted $600 per axel then when I mentioned that I have your Meineke coupon offering 45% he said this location isn’t participating in that promo and hung up. I called him back spoke to him and he informed me that I’m already getting 50% at the rate of 600$ per axel.
Do me a favor and for all of us where your ads/trash junk mail go don’t send fake coupons that don’t apply to locations with a stamped address. Secondly be professional.

Horrible experience. I got my car towed in because my check engine light was on. They told me they couldn't diagnose my car until they added spark plugs which was untrue because my car had power already. (I wish I would've know that before) If a car has power you could get the codes to indicate what the problem is. The lady told me once the sparks plugs were added on my car would start and they would be able to indicated what the problem was. I called to check the status of my car after they added the spark plugs and Bill says "we put the spark plugs on and your car still didn't turn on but you needed spark plugs anyways" For one my main concern was to get my car to start nothing more. Then he goes, you need a fuel filter and fuel pump. So now all of a sudden they were able to diagnose my car without needing my car to start? I bought all of this to their attention at they made up a BIG lie! Don't trust this company, I'm telling you. I will never go back

This is the lowest score I could give this establishment. I made an appointment for 10/21/17 at 3 pm. I called asked could I come in early since I had finished my other engagement early. I arrived at this establishment at 1150 hours. I am still here at 1402 hours. Another woman came in of another persuasion and she got her brakes done and gone. I got up once she finished paying and asked how it that her car is done before mine and she is a walk-in. He proceeds to say oh ma’am, they sent us the wrong part and we are waiting for it. Mind you this is the first, I am hearing about this. I politely asked why no one told me because I could have walked to the parts place and been back by now. I don’t want to believe that this is racial but it is hard not too. That lady is gone and I am still here. I promise I am going to find out who owns Meineke. I should have read the reviews before I came here. The worst experience ever. I will never come here again or recommend anyone to come here. I am a military veteran and they supposed to be serving a military community. I would rate them at a negative 5!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been to meineke for years and this location four times. But the last time I was told I need a 90 oil change becauae I have an Acura and that I had to bring a printed version of my online coupon which I've never been told in the past. So either the man was lying to me or meineke has been providonf me the wrong oil change for years. When I mentioned that he's excuse was some people ask for the lesser option, he should become a politician because he gave me an answer but not to my question. The coupon only needs to be attached to your appointment as stated online. I get my oil change some where else now.
