The workers are nice but their just understaffed. The drive through service takes for ever. I always turn my car off to save gas because I know I'll be there for a while waiting. Also they rarely have a notary on site. At the Capital One Bank, N.A. branch on Richmond Highway every banker is a notary.
This particular location has an issue with keeping someone at the drive up and the manager makes you feel like he doesn't care..
This branch is awful when it comes to drive thru service. There is never anyone there and when they do come to help, they leave once they give you your deposit slip...takes another 10 minutes before they come back. The worst ever!
Terrible service. Slower than molasses. I think I had another birthday while I was waiting in line.
