This is the worst and slowest BOA I have ever been to. Absolutely horrible experience here every time.
This is one of the worse BoA in the area. All of their lines (inside and out) are always super long. Went there today because I just got married and wanted to join accounts with my husband. First we were told that we needed to make an appt. When I explained my husband works Mon-Sat and gets out late and that it was a miracle we made it 30 minuets before they closed on a Friday we were told that maybe one of their two 5:30PM appts wouldn’t come in and to wait and see if they could possible help us. We waited almost to 6. Btw no one came in and said they had had an appt. Yet we waited and never got helped. Giving them one more shot I was like ok fine I’ll make an appt for next Friday at 5:30PM. After they took all my information I come to find that they don’t have any appts available. Boy bye. Currently looking at other banks where I can move my accounts to.
Mauricio was awesome and did a great job with financial advises while following up with my accounts. He is always freindly and helpful with his clients but other reps need to get more training.
Extremely long lines on weekend mornings. Easily a 40-50 minute wait. 2 tellers for over 50 customers. Way to cut costs and not staff enough people
