Reina !! Horrible experience ! Called in to see what was going on with my billing process. I called in to the office to see why it looked too see that i missed a payment .She goes on to explain that i missed a payment in march , I explained I made a payment online and established recurring payment on automatic payment with the company so they should have taken payment in april ! She explains no because the payment you made was paid in march !! woah ... if my next payment is due on april 15 th and i made a payment on March 31st (yes it was late )(Due to the fact of me not remembering to switch bank info ) why didn't the system recognize and take payment on the due date , that's the question ! She goes on to say well im explaining a,b,c,d what dont u understand ,(like im a dummy ) .. would you like me to send it to you via email ... no i want to know why i have automatic payment and have to worry about missing a payment ! she explains well you were too mail that payment in ! What ! no one told me that if i miss a payment i should mail it .she then explains that well you don't call me you work online . well shoot yeah ! i maintain all my bills online and don't have to deal with a missing payment ** if i miss a payment then i call in to pay then they establish the payment schedule !! At the end of all of this i still don't understand !
