Was transferring insurance from state farm out of state on 07/07 and was hung up on. They asked me to find the number of my previous agent and I wasn't in front of the info (only had name and state). When I asked if they could find it with that info they told me no and that i needed to get that for them. When I asked why they couldn't find that themselves they hung up on me. Guess they think they're the only agent in the business. Next locale was happy to help. I love google maps.
