i go though all of route.1 secret shopping. And they have amazing customer service! i ended up switch my whole family over from metro pcs to boost mobile cause of it!
This location is supposed to close at 8pm, however they have no qualms about locking their doors whenever they choose. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and inconvenient as hell. Employees were rolling their eyes and clearly having smart remarks while I was trying to figure out why the doors were locked an hour and 45 minutes before closing time.
