The food was okay but the staff they have is very rude.Me and my wife have been coming here for over 20 years and we have never seen such bad service as we did today.We came December 24th expecting to see a happy employee at the cash register but she gave me a look that made it obvious she didn’t even want to take my order.When she was giving me my chances she back I expected her to say happy holidays or Have a merry Christmas or anything special since it was Christmas Eve but the only thing she did was threw my change in my hand and walked away from the register.While I was waiting for my order I kept noticing she kept giving me dirty looks and whispering to her other coworkers and laughing.I don’t like conflicts so I just decided to ignore her and her actions and continue to peacefully wait for my order to be ready.When I saw my order was ready I expected her to at least peacefully place my order on the counter and ask me if I wanted anything else but instead she literally threw my tray on the table while looking at me with a dirty look.I don’t know what was wrong with her honestly but I wish the manager would have seen the way she was treating me.becasue it was compeletly unacceptable.I will not be coming back here as long as she works there.She was lucky that day since I didn’t see the manager anywhere near but if I ever go back there and see her at the cash register I will not let her attend me at all.
Been dining in for years and can honestly say not much has changed, still same friendly service with an updated decor. Keeping it fresh with the fixings bar , only wish the still had the holster fries. Makes it easy to keep working with their awesome fries in tote
Wow, wow wow wow. Can you say disappointing? Where do I begin. I went on a road trip with fiends, and we thought it would be a good idea to stop at a Roy Rogers. Boy were we wrong. The server was down right rude, and didn't even know how to make pancakes. How pathetic. The major disappointment was my "Mega" cinnamon roll. It was not mega to say the least. Just disappointing. 0 stars.
There are very few Roy Rogers left. If you are looking for some quick good rost beef sandwiches. The staff are always frendly.
My favorite fast food place, surely has hundreds of regular customers with its great location and food! #1 breakfast platter is a winner!
