One Saturday this past December, my daughter and I woke to a very cold house! After contacting the usual suspects, Michael and Sons, etc., I decided to take a "chance" on Air 1. It was a chance that I'm glad I took! Air 1 was very responsive, scheduling a same day appointment!! Matter of fact Danny, was knocking on my door within the hour! My daughter and I were warm and comfortable in no time! The service was outstanding: prompt, thorough and courteous; and the price was fair and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Make Air 1 your first call!!
When Danny from Air1 came to my home to address issues with the furnace and hot water heater, he offered a wealth of expertise, professional and friendly service, and most importantly, he was sensitive to my time. He understood that I had a lot of questions as to why things weren't working, and he answered every single one of them. He explained with an enormous amount of detail and knowledge - very important - how the units work. He works fast and diligently, which shows he takes his work seriously and that he values his clients. He expeditiously fixed both of our issues while providing unbelievably great customer service. He really knows what he's talking about, but you can also tell that he genuinely cares - not giving you the run around like some other people. Prices are fair and reasonable.

As a female consumer, there are two things that I place great value on: customer service and time efficiency. Often times, being a female in this consumer market it is difficult to find companies, organizations, technicians, etc to understand that these things are critically important in maintaining their business with clients.
Danny was wonderful to work with! Our 30+ year old A/C was broken. I interviewed more than 5 different HVAC service contractors, and Air 1 was by far the best. The technicians were knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable rate. They came on time, were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond in installing a new A/C and furnace. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and the excellent work that they did. We now have wonderful A/C working again - and our electricity bills are much lower than before as we have a much more efficient unit. I would absolutely recommend this company!
This company Air1 Mechanical is the best and most honest I've ever used. They are reliable and very knowledgeable; I have 7 units in different properties plus a gas fireplace that was fixed last year. This year I was surprised the fireplace started without any hassle like other years. Thanks to Danny at Air1 whom takes a lot of pride in his work and explains in detail what is wrong or good with your unit. I have decided to have them do the maintenance service for all my units. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends..
