If this is the kind of business that this Business is upkeeping, you're gonna get a lawsuit on you. I would give this place a 1 star but because of the Convenience, I'm giving it two stars.
Motel was conveniently connected to an walk way to many local stores,and the metro.Less than a two minute walk to metro made transit very easy.Room was spacious and contained nice amenities such as personal microwave and mini fridge.would stay here again

Fix this Community, it's attitude adjustment towards the paying customers, and you'd might get a three star.
For the price I'm paying, it's not worth the headache. At the moment I am in transition of moving so I'don't expected that the price I'm paying I should have an updated television, clean towels and the room to be at somewhat clean with two active adults are staying. Let me start that Ms. L is a nice woman but her demeanor is notwithstanding; the assistant (if that's is what you want to call it) isnt much help as he miscalculated my stay as well as two other patrons; Ms. L decided to stop by each and every room to give the paying customer's a sheet of paper stating that if payment is not received that we werent to stay, now this can get this place a lawsuit no matter what she feeling angry that night or whatever; she doesn't take care of the rooms properly; she argues and berates the customer's staying at 65/night.
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Virginia ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff .The staff was extremely friendly, . We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The price is very affordable, the location is perfect, and the staff were all super friendly , I felt more like I was staying in a guesthouse than a motel. The room looked exactly like the photos, smelled great, Room was clean & smells nice When I check-in. The towels are super soft. Blankets and sheets fresh and clean and You have a great parking space in a great area for walking around , Will definitely stay here again!
