Very poor customer service, never returned several calls
For those of us living in southeastern Fairfax County, along the Route 1 corridor, Cintron is the only decent locksmith and key making business available.
Unfortunately, since Cintron doesn't have Saturday store hours, it gets this reviewer's three-star rating.
Cintron staff was able to successfully make copies of my car's key that actually work.
Technician (Trey) went above and beyond what was expected him in making sure the door and lock were in top operating condition.
