I had to visit this ER when I landed on my ankle the wrong way and did some horrible damage. From start to finish I could not be happier with my experience. As my ankle grew to the size of a grapefruit everyone was efficient and timely. I was admitted within 5 minutes (not exaggerating) and was seen within 1 minute of that. X-rays within 15 mins and the wonderful news from Dr. Powell that my ankle was just badly sprained (not broken!!) within 1 hour. Both nurses and support staff and X-ray tech were informative and quick, also caring and careful. I was pretty worried I had broken my ankle and everyone was great putting me at ease. Thanks for what y’all do, but hopefully I won’t see you again.
