Dr. BISHWAKARMA is amazing and spent all the time with me that I needed. He was meticulous with my examination and he is so kind and caring. His staff was very kind and prompt as well. This is why I love coming to this practice.

Although this doctor is knowledgeable, friendly and spends time with his patients, the practice is extremely slow and inefficient. I have repeatedly waited a very long time (an average of 30-60 minutes) before being seen by the doctor. I find that unprofessional and frustrating. My husband, who usually books morning appointments, has not had that problem - so clearly they run behind schedule as the day progresses. If you are looking for efficiency and promptness, I would recommend a different practice. When I asked the office staff about the wait time, her response was "you can speak with the doctor about that". It may be helpful to have the office staff let clients know ahead of time (like when they arrive) that "we are running behind schedule- I apologize"- instead of just shrugging her shoulders.
Great Doctor!! I wish I had started going here years ago. He's fantastic! He really listens to what you have to say and knows the right questions to get to the root of the problem.
