Walmart at Kingstown- There to return jewelry so I stopped at customer service counter. She reviewed my recite and said I needed to go to the jewelry department. After looking at jewelry, I informed the salesperson I wanted to return the jewelry. She told me I would need to go to the front customer service counter, I told her that I had been there and they sent me back to jewelry. Note that I had just purchased these items last night and paid for the jewelry protection plan. The salesperson said that I couldn't get a refund on the protection plan. She said that the clerk at the time of purchase should have told me. Went back to the customer service counter and it just so happened that the customer service manager was there. We walked back to jewelry were he said that the cash register wouldn't allow for me to have the money to be returned to my card. So I got a full refund. Why so much run around?
This is my "go-to" Walmart; however since its now 95% a self-serve/self check-out location, I'm no longer feeling it. The registers that actually have employees assigned are not fully being used bc they aren't open or closing. For those who are shopping for a family with a large amount of products like myself, don't want to be bothered with a micro space using self check-out.
Great store but full of moths. Brown moths followed me home multiple times after visiting this store. This has been happening for a year or more.

People are pretty nice here, store wasn't too messy. I don't know what I'm supposed to expect from a Wal Mart but this one is fine so far as I can tell.
No wonder retail is losing out. Nothing worked with the photo prints ordered online. Had to help other customers with the kiosk while the employee watched. Then when i finished no one was there to pay so i went up front. Waited in line and then was told i had to pay at photo... said no thanks and enjoy the pics of my dog and left.
