Dr. Miller and his staff have truly been a Godsend for me. Dr. Miller and his staff has always been and continue to be professional and competent with each procedure performed. Dr. Miller is the best dentist I have ever experienced, truly!!!! I have and will recommend him to family and friends especially to those who are afraid of dentist. Dr. Miller understand this fear and therefore he is gentle ensuring his patiences are not feeling any pain as he work . The ambiance is calming and relaxing which really helps me. Dr. miller does excellent work so If you are looking for a dentist try Dr. Miller and his staff, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office. The front staff are friendly and efficient. The hygienists are amazing, very professional and personable and Dr. Miller is wonderful. I recommended Mt. Vernon Smiles to a friend who has a fear of going to the dentist and she LOVED them!
The service at Mount Vernon Dental Smiles has gone down tremendously since Dr Al Attar has left the practice. The billing department and dentists are unprofessional. I prepaid for services and was then charged for other services performed that I was unaware of and did not approve. I do not recommend this practice.
Worst experience ever!!!! I told them before hand I needed my wisdom tooth pulled and sent in x-rays to verify. I confirmed an appointment to have it removed so that’s what I’m expecting when I get there. I had to take off work to make it to my appointment. When I got there, they only take another x-ray just to tell me they cannot remove it and refer me to another dentist who could. So now, I am still in pain and left work early for nothing. I’m furious over the situation and I will tell everyone to not waste your time going here because that is exactly what happened to me!
Great experience. Dentistry was excellent and Dr Miller provided a priced-out long-term care plan that is scheduled to meet the coverages offered by my dental insurance. A total professional and a happy client!
