They do not wash the car or dry the car good at all. Then on top of that my windshield wipers were stolen off my car. Windshield wipers really! I left the car wash and use my wipers because bird pop was still on the windshield so I sprayed and notice the wipers were stolen and I just pass inspection too. Do not come here as of July 16 2017.
Said I could get a car wash (only), then charged for vacuum and interior cleaning. Also, didn't get bugs, tar, or bird droppings off the exterior.
I only visited this car wash because my usual spot had too long of a line on 12/21. My first issue with them is they do not have a big area to wipe down and treat the cars over once they come out the wash so everything is rushed when the cars roll out. After my car was finished I drove off about a mile away and made another stop but noticed that one of my windshield wipers wasn't on my car anymore! I drove back and it was taken some time during the assembly of the wash. I don't have a cheap car or cheap wipers (rain X) so I was pretty pissed when the guy came back with a bent up wiper. He tried to put it back on despite the fact that it wasn't possible. He gave me $ back but I was more displeased in his demeanor and how he rectified the situation. I knew he had some ownership in the wash because he is the one who took the $ out of the register. If I could type this w/o giving it a star I would. This was my first and last visit to this business.
Good wash but they don't pay attention to details. They forgot to clean front interior windsheild. Language barrier does hinder customers requests of their vehicle.
Poorly cleaned my engine so not at all pleased with their work ethic.
