I rented a Pontiac and everything was broken and the car was dirty. The windshield wipers were broke, the windows wouldn't come down, food was left in car, kids' toys were left in car, jewelry and CDs were left in the car, dirt was everywhere, the radio didn't work, the heat got really hot, and you couldn't change it, the seat belts in the back didn't tighten up so I couldn't have my kids there, there was only one headlight working and you had to drive with the high beams on and they weren't even that high. I got a ticket for it and he wouldn't pay it. I tried to call him and I could never get an answer. I told him that I want to take it back and he said he would be at the store but for 3 days he was never there and he tried to charge me for those days. I will never go back there again and i won't recommend anyone to go there either. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!

Friendly rent a car has a fast and reliable service. The owner was kind and gave me a great price that was half of other greedy companies. The car was clean. I was dropped off to the metro after I returned the car. I was very satisfied with the service. I totally recommend this company.
