As a retired veteran, I do not recommend this dealership--it is not the place to buy a car. Any advertised price, including "Buy Happy" (if they are aware they gave it) is a farce. Once you sit down to talk price, they drop the news about adding a non-negotiable processing fee ($649) for unnecessary services. The lack of transparency is absurd. The suggestion that they have no ability to negotiate a price is equally absurd. If you want to pay more than NADA retail for a certified pre-owned car... go to Brown's. And if you have an honest concern about a car's performance and whether a service bulletin has been performed, be prepared to get push-back. All in all, even if you use a car buying service to prevent unseen costs, this is not the picture of customer service worth your time in an area with many good choices for places to buy a car.

Came in without an appointment for an electrical issue with my cx5 that had just arisen. They immediately took my vehicle back and fixed it for free. Not only that, but they ran my car through the car wash as well. Absolutely amazing service and extremely friendly staff. We will be going here as long as we live in the area!
I was very disappointed in today's visit for an oil change. I had scheduled my appointment last week, and when I showed up this morning I was told there was a 2 1/2 - 3-hour wait, when they advertise on their website a normal 15 min - 1.5 hour wait. When I questioned why, they said it was because of the Veteran's Day holiday weekend and that they had been inundated with same-day online appointments. Well, mine was scheduled a week ahead of time; doesn't that count for anything? In my opinion, appointments already on the books should be given priority, and the last-minute ones should "fall in line". Consequently, my whole day's plans were ruined because my car was there for nearly 3 1/2 hours; and by the time I was able to get a ride down to pick it up, it was nearly 5:00 pm. Poor planning on their part! I'm sure this is not the first holiday weekend they've had to deal with.
I highly recommend the service department.
The loaner car was fabulous . . . May have to consider trading up!
